How does your print-on-demand service work?

Every product is made to order. Once you place an order, we print your chosen design on the selected item (like a T-shirt) and ship it directly to you. This allows for personalized products and less waste!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production Time: 2–5 business days
Shipping Time:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to Canada & America. Please note that shipping times and fees may vary depending on your location.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We can only accept cancellations or changes within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, your item may already be in production and cannot be changed.

What if I received the wrong item or my product is damaged?

We’re so sorry about that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

We’ll gladly send a free replacement or issue a refund if the mistake is on our end.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please double-check the sizing chart before ordering!

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size chart. Please review it carefully to make sure you’re selecting the correct fit. If you’re unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

What kind of shirts and printing do you use?

We use high-quality, comfortable garments (usually 100% cotton or cotton blends) and professional-grade printing methods like direct-to-garment (DTG) or sublimation, depending on the product.

How should I care for my printed shirt?

To extend the life of your printed apparel:

  • Wash inside out in cold water

  • Use mild detergent

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

  • Avoid ironing directly on the design
