Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Thank you for shopping with Northern Selection! Each of our products is made to order just for you. Because of the custom nature of print-on-demand items, our return and refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and protect both your rights and our ability to operate sustainably.
1. Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To request a replacement or refund:

Describe the problem briefly (e.g., wrong size printed, print is faded, etc.)
✅ If approved, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Since all of our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered

Buyer’s remorse

Color preferences
Please double-check the size charts and product descriptions before placing your order.
3. Cancellations
We begin processing orders very quickly to get them shipped out on time. If you need to cancel, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
After that, cancellations are not guaranteed and will be handled case-by-case.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return or issue is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
